The location of the hotel is close to everything, if you love to walk. thou the tube station is just 3 minutes walk The staff were were helpful and courteous
like almost all London hotels, the room is small for 2 persons.
5 min from the underground, and hotel is situated next to everything! The room was very clean. They had tea and coffee facilities and a bottle of water. We asked for more water and they gave it to us complimentary. T.v has lots of channels. The staff very nice people.Nice variety for breakfast.
No internet at all. Even the internet at the reception was very slow. Sheets had holes, but we never reported it. We had 2 rooms, the one was way to smaller than the other, which upset my sister!!
Clean smart hotel - a good value find in Belgravia
Instant coffee at breakfast!!!!!
very clean. Great shower. Small room, but was advertised as a 'small double', so couldn't complain.
Fresh modern decor, froiendly greeting, helpful staff- not a "Chain " anonymous hotel
Stairs to basement ( where room was a bit treaterous- I suppose difficult to sort ( winders at top)
This was a nice budget boutique hotel, very close to Victoria and in a great neighborhood for walking around and shopping. The rooms are nicely appointed. Overall, a good value
As stated everywhere, the internet service will continue to plague this spot from being used repeatedly by many customers, including myself. Definitely a big problem if you are trying to do business
Nice hotel in a pleasant area with good service.
Great Location - walking distance from Victoria Rail and Coach stations. Quiet location on Ebury St with good restaurants and a wine bar close by. Bed was comfortable. Room is not big but for the price it is quite acceptable. Bathroom is small. Decent flat screen tv and wireless internet.
Not sure the continental breakfast is worth getting out of bed for. Instant coffee, cereals, and bread. But the breakfast room is pleasant. Just have to ask the staff to change the tv channel to morning news instead of morning noise. Be prepared for no elevator and narrow stairs.
Excellent location and very nice area. Rooms small, but neat and cosy. Very helpful staff.
Internet connection was in and ouy during our stay.
The only good thing about the hotel was the location. It was set in Belgravia in the middle of fine Georgian London within pleasant walking distance of Knightsbridge and Sloane Street.
I paid extra for a club room as it promsied extra space. The room was tiny, set in the basement with a very narrow staircase down to it. It was like being in a dungeon. The breakfast was atrocious, the cold ham was of the cheap proceessed kind and there were small packs of cheese that were soft and limp.
The feel and the design in the room was nice. Everything looked clean and the facilities were great.
Toilet abit high. The bed was abit high and unfortunately for us we didn't get a good window view as we were in the basement.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very nice air conditioned room with a luxury feel. Sparkingly clean, stylish and not at all tired. Very highly recommnded - especially at £69! Note there are no lifts and up to 4 flights of stairs - but the porter was very helpful. Free wired broadband and (slow on the top floor) wireless were appreciated.
Could not close the room windows fully due to broken safety opening restrictors - but the area is quiet and it didn't matter in the end. A minor annoyance but irrelevant considering the quality of everything else.
Just a lovely hotel in a superb location (for Sloane Square theatre)
The staff could not have done more for us. Hotel is easy to get to , would have perferred a cooked breakfast but fruit and toast was much healthier.
1. Proximity to Victoria tube < 5 mns walk 2. New modern rooms 3. Upgraded to relatively larger Club Room
1. Room sizes somewhat small, and can at best accomodate 2 adults. More comfortable as a single room. 2. Limited storage space
